Property Specialist

As a Property Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales through targeted marketing campaigns, networking and personalized client service. You will represent I-Land’s properties, helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions while achieving your own sales targets. This is a dynamic role that combines fieldwork, client interaction and strategic selling in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Source prospective buyers/clients through personal networks and lead-generating activities to meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Perform “Know Your Client” evaluations
  • Man and report to I-Land sales office and showroom, project sites, selling activities, seminars and booth exhibits as scheduled, and assist prospective buyers.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, and lead generation efforts.
  • Submit and upload the prescribed weekly sales reports (leads, site tours, presentations, closeable sales, booked sales) to Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 2-year course or with at least 72 academic units.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
