Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your focus is to lead and manage a high-performing team of Property Specialists dedicated exclusively to I-Land’s real estate projects. Your role involves achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and execution of sales strategies while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, accredit, and manage at least 5 active Property Specialists or salespersons exclusively for I-Land projects.
  • Create business/sales plan that would produce lead-generating activities in order to meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Train, motivate and monitor sales performance of accredited property specialists and ensure all are activated within the first 3 months of the service contract.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 2-year course or with at least 72 academic units.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working with a team.
  • Experienced and effective at coaching, motivating, guiding and empowering a team.
