COMPLETE PROMO MECHANICS
1. PROMO PERIOD
The promotion shall run from September 17 to December 31, 2026.
All qualifying loan take-outs and raffle registrations must be completed on or before December 31, 2026.
No new raffle entries shall be earned, generated, or accepted after the end of the promo period.
The raffle draw scheduled on January 9, 2027 is solely for the determination and announcement of the winner and shall not be considered an extension of the promo period.
2. AREA COVERAGE
The promotion shall cover NCR / Metro Manila.
3. PARTICIPATING ESTABLISHMENT

4. ELIGIBILITY AND MANNER OF EARNING ENTRIES
The promotion is open to all existing and new buyers of I-Land Residences Sucat Tower 2 (Olive Tower) who:
a. Successfully complete the applicable bank loan take-out requirements during the promo period; and
b. Voluntarily register and provide explicit consent to participate in the raffle through the designated raffle registration form.
A “successful loan take-out” means that:
a. The buyer’s bank loan has been approved;
b. All required loan documentation has been completed; and
c. The loan proceeds have been released and credited to ISOC Land on or before December 31, 2026.
Qualified buyers shall be entitled to raffle entries as follows:
Category 1 – One (1) Raffle Entry
Buyer with remaining down payment, loan difference, bank fees and/or retention who completes the applicable payment and loan take-out requirements within the promo period.
Category 2 – Two (2) Raffle Entries
Buyer whose bank loan is successfully taken out from September 17 to December 31, 2026 and has no loan difference.
Category 3 – Three (3) Raffle Entries
Buyer whose scheduled loan take-out is originally due in 2027 or later, but voluntarily proceeds with and successfully completes the loan take-out during the promo period.
Raffle entries are non-cumulative. If a buyer qualifies under more than one category, the buyer shall receive only the highest applicable number of raffle entries based on the qualification achieved.
5. RAFFLE REGISTRATION AND EXPLICIT CONSENT
Participation in the raffle shall be voluntary and shall not be automatic.
Qualified buyers who meet the applicable loan take-out requirements during the promo period shall be informed by ISOC Land that they are eligible to participate in the promotion.
To join the raffle, the qualified buyer must access and complete the official Raffle Registration Form through either of the following:

The registration form shall contain an explicit consent statement substantially similar to the following:
“I voluntarily agree to participate in the I-Land Residences Sucat Tower 2 Loan Take-Out BYD Raffle and consent to the collection and use of my submitted information for purposes of validating my eligibility, administering the raffle, conducting the raffle draw, notifying or announcing the winner, and complying with applicable DTI and data privacy requirements.”
The buyer must affirmatively indicate consent, such as by checking the corresponding consent box, before the registration form can be submitted.
Failure to complete the registration form and provide explicit consent within the promo period shall mean that the buyer will not be included in the raffle, even if the buyer otherwise qualifies based on their loan take-out.
6. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
The deadline for completing the qualifying transaction and voluntarily registering for the raffle shall be December 31, 2026.
Only buyers who:
a. Successfully complete the applicable loan take-out requirements within the promo period;
b. Submit the official raffle registration form; and
c. Provide explicit consent to participate
on or before December 31, 2026 shall be included in the final raffle pool.
7. RAFFLE DRAW

The raffle draw shall be conducted under the supervision or in the presence of an authorized DTI representative, as applicable.
The January 9, 2027 raffle draw is a post-promo activity and shall not extend the approved promo period ending December 31, 2026.
8. GRAND PRIZE
There shall be one (1) Grand Prize.
Quantity: One (1) unit

Model: Seal 5 DM-i Essential
Color: Arctic White
Suggested Retail Price (SRP): ₱948,000.00
Total Prize Value: ₱948,000.00
There are no consolation or non-winning prizes.
The Grand Prize shall be non-convertible to cash.
The Grand Prize shall be non-transferable, subject to the approved promo mechanics and applicable requirements.
9. TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES
All applicable taxes on the Grand Prize, including the applicable 20% tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000, shall be shouldered by ISOC Land, Inc.
Any other expenses specifically required for the release or registration of the Grand Prize shall be handled in accordance with the approved mechanics and applicable requirements.
10. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The Grand Prize Winner shall be notified through the registered contact information provided to ISOC Land, including the registered mobile number and/or email address.
Where required by DTI, notification through registered mail shall likewise be sent to the winner’s registered home address.
11. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER
ISOC Land, Inc. shall hold a Raffle Draw Event on January 9, 2027 at I-Land Residences Sucat.
Qualified raffle participants may be invited to attend the event, and the Grand Prize vehicle may be displayed at the venue.
The Grand Prize Winner shall be announced during the event and may also be publicly announced through I-Land’s official website, social media pages, email announcements, posters, or other authorized promotional channels, subject to applicable data privacy requirements.
All applicable promotional materials and official announcements shall contain the statement:
“Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-267745, Series of 2026.”
12. WHERE AND HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
The Grand Prize shall be claimed and coordinated through:
ISOC Land, Inc. / I-Land Residences Sucat
8362 Dr. Arcadio Santos Ave., Brgy. BF, Parañaque City, 1720 Metro Manila
The Grand Prize Winner shall be required to present:
a. At least two (2) valid government-issued IDs;
b. Official winner notification;
c. Proof of ownership/account with I-Land Residences Sucat, if required; and
d. Other documents reasonably required for vehicle registration and release.
The winner shall sign the appropriate acknowledgment or prize receipt upon claiming the Grand Prize.
13. CLAIM THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize, claiming through an authorized representative may be permitted, subject to submission of:
a. A duly signed and notarized Special Power of Attorney or other authorization acceptable to ISOC Land;
b. Valid government-issued IDs of the winner;
c. Valid government-issued IDs of the authorized representative; and
d. Other documents necessary for verification and release of the prize.
Claiming through an authorized representative shall also be subject to applicable requirements of the vehicle dealer and relevant government agencies.
14. PRIZE CLAIMING PERIOD AND UNCLAIMED PRIZE
The Grand Prize must be claimed within the claiming period approved by DTI and stated in the official winner notification.
Should the Grand Prize remain unclaimed after the approved claiming period, the disposition of the unclaimed prize shall be subject to the prior approval of DTI and applicable rules and regulations.
The unclaimed prize shall not automatically revert to ISOC Land, Inc. without the necessary DTI approval.
15. DISQUALIFICATION
The following persons, buyers, or entries shall be disqualified from participating or winning:
a. Employees of ISOC Land, Inc., including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity;
b. Participants who fail to voluntarily register or provide the required explicit consent to participate;
c. Entries generated beyond the number permitted under the approved mechanics;
d. Fraudulent, falsified, incomplete, or misleading registrations or supporting documents;
e. Use of another person’s identity or account;
f. Duplicate or unauthorized entries;
g. Any attempt to manipulate the registration process, master list, raffle entries, or raffle draw system;
h. Buyers who fail to satisfy the eligibility, loan take-out, payment, registration, or other requirements under the approved mechanics; and
i. Cancelled, rescinded, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid buyer accounts.
The buyer’s account must remain active, valid, and in good standing at the time of the raffle draw, unless otherwise provided in the DTI-approved mechanics.
